About Esther
I am an 18-year-old woman, well educated and eager to learn also as a teacher during the process to be able to teach better and hone my knowledge for my future students.
A good training can have laughs, I am disciplined but not demanding. So I would like to point out that perseverance, doing well and even calmly in something stressful that can be sport in a certain way, is something very typical of me; especially if it is for emotional and mental well-being.

·I base myself above all on functional training, giving the body the maximum without needing much material and respecting the body so as not to cause future injuries/better performance in everyday life.
·I am a student of Pilates, Wing Chun Kung Fu; recently trained in functional training in a multipurpose room.
I am here to practice my teachings, I always have a lot to contribute with the base of health, so as a general rule anyone can move a little and feel better! there are no demands ;) Each person is different and I offer their needs.
