About Subodh

I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Yoga, giving me a deep academic and practical understanding of traditional yoga techniques. With over 7 years of dedicated yoga practice and 2 years of professional teaching experience, I have worked with students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. My expertise covers Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, and therapeutic yoga for specific health needs. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and motivating environment where students can improve flexibility, build strength, manage stress, and experience true inner peace.

About the lesson

Each class is designed just for you. Before we begin, I understand your current fitness, flexibility, and health goals. Then I create a plan that matches your pace, whether you are a beginner or advanced. Sessions include gentle warm-ups, effective asanas, guided breathing, and deep relaxation. My focus is on building strength, flexibility, and peace of mind, while keeping every movement safe and enjoyable
