About Mukta
I am an enthusiastic Zumba fitness trainer who loves to dance and make her clients move so that they burn the most of their calories while enjoying the moves. I love to see my clients transform and become a better version of themselves. My class structures are different as I follow a step-by-step learning mechanism rather than just going on with the steps and the song. Classes can be online and offline.

I am a certified fitness instructor teaching ZUMBA (6 yrs exp). I am passionate about fitness. I believe fitness should be a blend of fun and yet let your body feel the burn! and focus on strengthening your core, building alignment & toning your muscles, without the risk of injury. Every ZUMBA class feels like a party. It's a fitness workout which involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance and with Bollywood essence. It helps you burn calories.
