About Filip
I am a graduate of AWF Katowice, specializing in sports training. During my studies, I was equipped with extended knowledge and skills in the field of physical culture sciences. I have been closely associated with basketball most of my life. In the years 2009-2019 I played basketball professionally, representing the colors of several clubs in Poland at the level of the men's first league. For several years I have been developing my interests in strength training and motor preparation.

The training is based primarily on substantive knowledge supported by experience in sports training and motor preparation. I believe that the basis of training is appropriate planning based on the goals we want to achieve with the student and his / her individual characteristics and possibilities. The result of well-chosen training methods, exercises and loads, supported by regularity, is the improvement of physical fitness. Training should bring results and please the client. The methods I use are related to strength training, thanks to which you can achieve most of the goals related to fitness and your dream figure. I am also a tennis instructor and have a lot of experience in basketball.
