Hello! I'm a dedicated chess enthusiast with a current online rating of 2200 ELO, and I'm passionate about helping students of all ages discover the joy and depth of the game.
My own chess journey has been one of steady improvement through consistent study, tactical training, and analyzing hundreds of games. Reaching 2200 has taught me not just how to find strong moves, but how to understand the why behind them — something I’m excited to pass on to you. Whether you're a complete beginner looking to learn the fundamentals, an intermediate player struggling with tactics and strategy, or someone aiming to break through a rating plateau, I will create personalized lessons tailored to your goals and learning style.

I use a student-centered, active-learning approach that combines explanation, demonstration, practice, and review. Standard lessons: 60–90 minutes. This allows warm-up puzzles, deep dive into 1–2 main topics, game analysis, and wrap-up with action items.
I have an online elo of 2200. I have a comprehensive chess knowledge and I'm data driven, I track progress via your reported games/ratings and adjust accordingly.
Who the lessons are for: Pretty much anyone below 2000; from beginners (unrated or ~400–1200 Elo) up to ~1800–1999 Elo.
For all ages; kids, teens, adults and seniors.
