About Rodrigo
I have experience as a bodybuilding coach since 2012, with vast knowledge in sports training, bodybuilding, swimming and functional training, these being some aspects that can be used in classes, depending on what objective the student aims for.
All of this aligns with other professionals who help in this process, including psychologists, nutritionists, cardiologists, endocrinologists.
So that we have maximum efficiency and security in the application of the means used in pursuit of the proposed objective.

How the Methodology applied to classes is carried out:
First of all, a clinical assessment to find out the student's health conditions, after that comes another assessment that will be physical, as this is the map to be followed showing the direction in which we want to reach, starting from the simple to the complex within what fits the needs. activities and physical exercises proposed by us! All support and monitoring will be provided by me and other professionals from a multidisciplinary team if necessary!
