About Valeria
I have been teaching mathematics for over twenty years since I was at university with great satisfaction for me and my students.
My greatest satisfaction is when they tell me -but was it that easy?
Patience and passion are not lacking: they are the basic ingredients to make all the anxieties and insecurities that not understanding mathematics creates disappear.

My maths lessons are tailored to the student's difficulties and the teacher's needs: I don't need to show how good I am, but we need to be able to fill in the gaps that prevent us from understanding and moving forward. In recent years I have successfully helped several students with learning difficulties (dyslexia, dyscalculia) to overcome their anxiety and difficulties and to catch up.
I teach both face-to-face and online, via different platforms skype, zoom, google meet, and shared whiteboards for interactive lessons.
