I have a degree from UNISINOS-RS University. I already acted as an instructor in a weight room, semi-personalized, I also taught functional training classes for small and large groups, in addition to having experience with the Pilates Solo Method and Apparatus.

After that, I elaborate the training planning and discuss with the student possible changes, so that the same approve and stay motivated during the period.
