About Monty
I'm a dedicated fitness professional with over eight years of gym and fitness coaching experience and more than six years of boxing training. I began my journey in boxing, developing discipline, technique, and a fighter’s mindset, and then expanded into comprehensive gym coaching. My combined background in combat sport and strength conditioning allows me to design well-rounded programs that improve power, endurance, mobility, and mental toughness. Clients benefit from my practical ring experience and long-term coaching expertise, which together create measurable progress and lasting fitness habits.
