About Fiona
Hi I'm Fiona and I am a Yoga and Meditation Teacher. I was certified in Hatha and Tantra Yoga in 2019. I am a strong believer on a lifelong learning, and as a life-long learner, I really enjoy sharing what I have learned about Yoga.
I actively participate in the Yoga community in several areas such as Jakarta and Bali. I currently live in Bali, and actively teaching Yoga and promoting a healthy lifestyle. With being a digital marketer as my main job, Yoga for me is a needed distraction, a moving meditation.
I have been doing yoga since middle school and enjoy significant benefits from it such as improvement in my body fitness and mental healthy. Yoga helps me to have better emotional control and i see it as an investment in my health with the benefits that are felt both in the present and future. These are points and perspectives that i always nurture and share with all of yoga buddy that i shared with.

In teaching, each class will begin by communicating the situation and condition of each participant in order to fully understand the purpose of the yoga session as well as preventing injury. Yoga sessions will be carried out through movement instructions and conveying the benefits of these movements.
Apart from yoga, I also share my experiences about self-improvement in general, such as healthy diet and journaling
