I have completed my Bachelor of education (intermediate & senior phase) with a distinction majored in both English and psychology , qualified air hostess as well as a director in two companies and have expertise in strategic management ,business management as well as product development . My teaching method is usually based on my students personality type , i assess my student to see what kind of learner they are first and further tailor my teaching techniques accordingly . I like to be very interactive and interesting in the lesson allowing my learners feel comfortable and creating a warm environment where my learners are eager learn . I like to base my teaching method on a learner centred approach and facilitate rather than dictate in the class.
