About Cassandra-Leigh

Hello and welcome! I’m a dedicated Math and Physical Sciences tutor with 8 years of private tutoring experience and 3 years of classroom teaching. I'm currently studying towards my Bachelor of Education in Mathematics and Physical Sciences, and I’ve worked with students across the CAPS, IEB, and Cambridge curricula. I believe in a calm, structured approach that meets students where they are. My lessons are tailored to each learner’s needs, focusing on deep understanding, practical problem-solving skills, and building confidence — not just test cramming. I teach in English, and I work with high school students from Grades 8 to 12, whether they need support catching up, staying on track, or pushing ahead to excel. About the lesson

My tutoring is student-focused, adaptive, and results-driven. I break down complex Math and Science concepts into simple, relatable steps, helping students truly understand rather than just memorize. I also focus on building confidence and exam readiness. I work with high school students (Grades 8–12), including those following CAPS, IEB, or Cambridge syllabi.
