About Niti
Hello! I am Niti Chowdhury, a Certified Sports Nutritionist, Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Health Coach with a passion for helping people transform their health through science-based nutrition and fitness.
Over the years, I have coached more than 1,500 individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them achieve sustainable fat loss, build strength, improve body composition, and develop healthier lifestyles. As an ICN Bikini Pro Champion, I combine practical experience with evidence-based coaching to deliver personalized solutions that work in the real world.
