I have over 5 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. From working in many kitchens and realising my own food intolerances I now lead a super healthy lifestyle. I hold a lot of knowledge in Gluten Free cooking, vegan cooking, recipe creating for your specific needs. Dieting doesn't need to be restrictive, it just needs to be moderated.
