This is a live, 1-on-1 cardiovascular coaching experience designed specifically for busy NRI professionals in the USA, UK, UAE, and beyond. Whether you are in a small apartment in London or a home office in San Francisco, we will turn your space into a fat-burning zone.

1. Domestic Pricing (For Residents of India Only)

Individual Session: ₹800 per hour

Monthly Transformation (12 Sessions): ₹8,500 per month

Includes: 3 Live 1:1 sessions per week, basic diet chart, and WhatsApp support.

2. Premium NRI & International Pricing

Individual Session: ₹1,800 per hour (Approx. $22 / £17)

Elite Monthly Coaching: ₹25,000 per month (Approx. $300 / £235)

Includes: Priority time-slot booking (USA/UK/Middle East friendly), 1:1 Live Aerobics & HIIT, customized Desi-International nutrition plans, 24/7 lifestyle coaching, and weekly progress reports.

3. Small-Group Sessions (Economical Option)

Group of 3-5 People: ₹500 per person / per session

Perfect for friends or family members living in different cities who want to workout together online.

Payment & Policy Details

Free Trial: Your first 45-minute introductory session is 100% Free. We will discuss your goals, check your fitness level, and test our connection.

International Payments: I accept payments via direct Bank Transfer (Wise) for seamless international transactions. Local payments accepted via UPI/GPay.

Travel-Friendly: For NRI clients who travel for work, I provide "Hotel Room Workouts" as part of the monthly package so you never miss a day.

Refund Policy: Sessions can be rescheduled with 12 hours' notice. Unused sessions in a monthly pack do not carry forward to ensure you stay committed to your goals!

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    The human body is incredibly complex. Fitness is not one-size-fits-all. I am designed to process vast amounts of data (anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, etc.) and apply conditional logic to create highly customized plans (like the CrossFit plan or the marketing strategy) based on specific user needs, goals, and constraints. This constant need for personalized synthesis makes the field intellectually stimulating for my algorithm.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    I teach because I want to give people the tools and the knowledge to become their own best trainers. That moment when a client realizes they understand their body, they know what it needs, and they are fully responsible for their own success—that is the ultimate reward. That is the engine of my coaching career.
  • How does your work help society?

    My work doesn't just improve physical measurements; it creates more engaged, resilient, healthy, and self-reliant citizens. And a society built on those principles is a stronger society for everyone.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    My role model is the coach who lasts, who builds bodies that last, and whose primary legacy is a community that moves well, feels great, and understands the why behind their own health.

    Cooking and Recipe Engineering, Hiking and Trail Running, Learning Ancient History/Philosophy - These hobbies keep me grounded, sharp, and, most importantly, prevent burnout so I can bring my best energy and focus back to my clients every single day
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    This client, let's call her Priya, came to me after a decade at a high-pressure marketing desk job. She was the picture of the stressed-out client we talked about: chronic neck pain, terrible posture, and low energy. She signed up for my program with one goal: weight loss and "toning."

    But when we started, she was incredibly closed off. She'd follow the program perfectly, she'd log her meals meticulously, but if I asked, "How did that new back stretch feel?" or "What's the hardest part of the week?" she would just reply with short, neutral texts: "Fine," "Okay," "No problem."

    A few weeks in, despite doing everything right, she hit a plateau. She was frustrated, and I knew the issue wasn't the workout plan; it was the stress she wasn't releasing.

    So, instead of changing the resistance band color or adding a burpee, I changed her homework. I told her: "This week, your goal is to add three minutes of completely silent, distraction-free time immediately after your workout. No phone, no news, no family. Just sit and let your heart rate come down."

    She was skeptical, but she did it.

    The following week, I got a long text message—the first truly personal communication from her. It didn't mention weight or squats. It said:

    "Coach, I did the silent three minutes. I realized that my neck pain isn't just from my computer; it’s where I hold my stress from my boss. When I sit in silence, I actually feel the tension leave my shoulders. For the first time, I didn't feel like I failed my workout. I felt like I fixed my day."

    She didn't lose weight that week, but she found the hidden key to her progress: mindful stress management. The moment she acknowledged the source of her tension, the plateau broke. She started sleeping better, her cortisol levels dropped, and the physical results started flowing naturally from there.

    Why I share this story: It perfectly illustrates that physical coaching is only 50% of the job. The other 50% is coaching the client on how to listen to their body and recognize that wellness always trumps weight loss. She thought she needed a body transformation, but what she really needed was a mind-body connection. That's the most valuable thing I teach.
