Hello, I am 20 years old and a university student. I've been doing sports for 16 years . I am a coach who believes that we can both do sports and focus on lessons and achieve success in many places in life. As someone who enjoys doing sports with love and fun, I would like to continue this together. Hello, I have been coaching for 2 years, since I have been doing professional gymnastics for 9 years and working with a gymnastics club for 1.5 years, my field of expertise is gymnastics, but I continue to work on healthy nutrition, weight loss and muscle building with adult individuals online or face to face. The way I work and my training goals are as follows: Our training period is 1 hour, and I prepare the number of days and training content completely according to my spro, because the needs of each body are different. I will focus on flexibility and thin-thick muscle development and especially healthy eating. I will show the necessary attention for the athlete to reach his goal in a healthy way. I have experience working with children as I am coaching children's athletics and children's gymnastics.
