About Amr

As a student who got an A in Calculus BC and scored a 5 on the AP exam, I have a strong foundation in advanced mathematics and a clear understanding of the concepts students struggle with most. I frequently help classmates in challenging math courses and focus on explaining ideas in a simple, logical way. I am patient, organized, and committed to helping students build confidence, improve their understanding, and succeed in their math class.

About the lesson

As a senior who finished all advanced high school math as a junior, I focus on helping students understand the core fundamentals of math by breaking concepts down into simple steps. My approach is interactive: I go through examples, explaining the "why" behind each step, and then guide students through solving problems themselves. I’m patient and work to identify exactly where students are struggling so we can fix the root issue. I regularly help classmates in advanced classes and understand common mistakes. My lessons are for elementary through high school students, especially Algebra, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus. Lessons are personalized to each student's needs.
