I’m Praveen Mamgain, a certified yoga teacher with a Master's degree in Yoga (M.A. Yogaacharya) and over 2 years of experience in practice and teaching. Since 2023, I’ve been guiding students of all levels — from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. My teaching goes beyond just asanas; I believe in the true essence of yoga — a holistic approach that nurtures physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
