About Jeps
I will not let any of my students leave my watch without learning what I wanted them to learn. I am the kind of teacher who would not stop until I am sure my students have fully understood what I taught. My personal teaching style includes explaining lessons in a simple way and deepens gradually, ask questions to check if they really did understood, would encourage them to explain it to me again in their own words, and would let them apply what I have taught almost immediately after teaching. I will be honored to teach those students who are willing to actually learn how to learn and study better. The lesson plan would be based on the comfort level of the student. My belief is that, not all overachievers are overachievers because they are talented and intelligent—They are overachievers because they put effort to ALWAYS be a lot better than yesterday. And that is exactly what I want my future students to learn—that effort would not always beat talent, but it will almost always be on par with each other.

The students will learn to apply what they have been taught while they are still learning about it. Their understanding of the lessons would be checked constantly, to ensure thatthy REALLY DID learned something. Of course, I will start at the very basic fundamentals of every lesson, and gradually deepen as the we learn more. It would be significant for those students who are struggling with school, grades, and academics, as they will learn that getting good grades is not merely because of being intelligent, smart, or talented, but also because of effort, and willingness to learn.
