About Jayda
I believe movement has the power to transform both physical and mental well-being. As women, and especially as mothers, the mental load we carry is immense — and post-birth, many of us struggle with body image, low self-esteem, and feeling disconnected from our bodies. I want women to know that we can take back control of what’s changeable. With the right guidance, discipline, and consistency, we can strengthen, heal, and sculpt our bodies into what we want them to be. As a personal trainer and Pilates instructor, I help women build strength, improve technique knowledge, heal their core, and regain confidence through guided, intentional movement. My goal is to empower women to feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies again — and to support them so they can show up better in every other part of their lives, whether motherhood, work, or personal responsibilities.

As a mother of three, I’m deeply passionate about helping women rebuild their core strength, tighten and tone their waist, and feel confident again after childbirth or surgery. My approach to training is calm, patient, and friendly, with a strong focus on posture, form, and correct execution of every movement. This ensures each exercise is performed safely and effectively, giving you the best possible results. I’ll challenge you at the right pace each week without ever compromising your form or the quality of your training. My priority is to help you achieve optimal, long-lasting results and equip you with the knowledge, skill and discipline to continue progressing independently.
