About Sumitha

Hello! I’m Sumitha, and I’m excited to help you on your math journey. Having completed the Kumon Math Program, I’ve developed a strong passion for mathematics and a deep understanding of how to teach it effectively. I specialize in tutoring primary school students, ages 6-12, and focus on making learning fun and relatable. My goal is to build a strong foundation in math for my students, boosting their confidence and helping them achieve their best. I want to teach because I believe every child has the potential to excel, and I’m dedicated to helping them discover their love for math.

I have completed the Kumon Math Program and specialize in tutoring primary school students. My teaching approach includes interactive learning, step-by-step guidance, practical examples, and positive reinforcement to make math enjoyable and understandable. Lessons typically last 60 minutes, ideal for maintaining young students' attention. I have been tutoring primary school children aged 6-12 for several years, helping them build a strong foundation in math and achieve better grades.
