My name is Dr. Rajeshwer Vanjari, and I am a passionate Organic Chemistry educator with a Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University and a Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. I also bring over 2 years of industry experience as a Scientist in the CRO/pharmaceutical sector, where I worked on real-world organic synthesis, reaction optimization, and analytical interpretation. With this strong academic and industrial background, I understand both the theory and the practical application of organic chemistry. Over the years, I have helped students and researchers who struggle with mechanisms, spectroscopy, synthesis, and reaction logic by breaking down concepts into simple explanations they can actually understand. About the lesson

My name is Dr. Rajeshwer Vanjari. I hold a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Banaras Hindu University and completed my Postdoctoral Research at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (2.5 yrs )and Hyderabad Central University (3 yrs) with 5+ yrs experience as postdoc fellow. I also worked for 2 years as a Scientist in the CRO/Pharma industry, handling organic synthesis, reaction optimization, and analytical interpretation.

I specialise in helping students who find Organic Chemistry difficult or confusing. My teaching focuses on clarity, logic, and simplicity rather than memorization.
