About Drew

I’m a learner led, creative education enthusiast who believes in fostering a learner's mindset and working with the capacities of my students to amplify their strengths and engender new skill sets that support them in being academically research ready, creatively confident, and critical thinkers and designers with their content. With a background in Professional Writing and Editing, and Business (Majoring in Entrepreneurship) my strength is in helping you work out your own learning style, build strength in your own voice, and create content, assessments and projects that aid in building expertise, discussions, community, and help you to align with your own vision of your work. 2021 is my first year engaging students with tutoring.

About the lesson

I am a Learner Led teacher, I focus on what is working for you, to find ways to amplify any weaker aspects of your learning, and educational experience/requirements. I aim for each session to give you the tools, resources and confidence that can become part of a lifelong arsenal in your study/education toolbox for furthering your education and professional life.

Perfect! I have an assignment that i needed help with. Drew created a skeleton map of how i can structure my writing so that it answers the essay questions and hit the word count. Shes very very thorough and is quick to know how to approach an assignment for high scores. She cares to help you and it shows in how much effort she puts in to set up her session so that you get the most out of it. If you get confused easily like me, Drew will be able to clear things up and redirect you. She’s really cool too and a wizard haha definitely worth the $$ and yeah very very helpful

Mishy, you are a confident speaker and the depth of your interest in engaging the world showed through your curiosity, and long term desire to grow, and shape your experiences through the lens of being a life long learner. To work on creating a diverse range of skills and practice speaking to writing. I recommend that you use the Google Tool in Google Docs under the Tools Tab called (Voice Typing) Experiment with taking and writing, and playing with the ideas that you have, play is how you synthesis research and find new connections. Overtime structing assessments will become more intuitive as you get a feel for the kind of structure, tasks and depth of the research you are doing.
