About Tavishi
I have been actively pursuing dance since the last 5+ years. I am trained in jazz, contemporary and ballet. So it goes without saying that fitness is a big part of my regime. On top of this, I have also done 8 years of Karate so I am well versed in kicking your ass (only to help you get into better shape of course haha).
Also if you are looking for dance based workouts or better yet dance classes, we can definitely make it happen!

The class will begin with an analysis of the person and their lifestyle, based on which their fitness routine would be designed. I will personalise the class to your needs and use only the music that pumps you up to build your dream body! Remember that there is no one definition of what your dream body should look like.
