About Krittika

I'm an practicing artist and a tutor, based in Delhi, I have done my BFA in Printmaking from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata and MFA from B.R. Ambedkar University, Delhi. For the past 10 years, I have been teaching beginners and intermediate and advanced level students, in one to one online sessions, group classes and and in art schools. My teaching approach is to first ignite an interest in the journey of art within my students. Then I tailor my instruction, suggestions to align with their individual thoughts, ensuring they receive detailed guidance, proper technical skills, theory, and comprehensive notes. to enhance their practice I encourage students daily 10-15 minutes quick technical practice through their everyday routine. I have helped over 700 students to overcome the fear of line drawing and skill improvement. I have been teaching students from various national and international schools, helped in school projects, art and craft classes and assignments. I also train students who are preparing for art university entrance exams, NATA, DAT, Designs (Practical Paper) etc.

About the lesson

Firstly I focus on student's everyday practice, their interest in fine arts and the problems they face during their drawing. I start teaching with basic drawing and fundamental of visual arts. when students start increasing their drawing skill, I gradually introduce advance level training.
