I first see the students' understanding of the subject and then gauge accordingly for what my starting point should be. I build the basics first, acquaint them with some standard graphs and how they are to be transformed and why the transformation works the way it does. Then I start with the subject, help them visualise and then lead them to the solution both graphically and theoretically. Also, then I make them see the problem from a distance and show them why it had to be the solution. I try to provide them with techniques that they would best understand depending on my understanding of the student. I'm good at what I do and hence I'm often appreciated by both the parents and students.
