Planning of classes based on the student's physical assessment and objectives. Development of dynamic, active and functional classes (day-to-day), using positive / negative feedback and constant stimulus. Continuous and latent follow-up with close student-teacher / teacher-student relationship. Physical evaluations scheduled quarterly. Scientific background and explanation throughout the training process to the student about frequent questions.
