About Abayomi

Hello! My name is Abayomi Olawale, and I am a passionate talking drum tutor with a deep love for African music and culture. With several years of experience teaching students of all ages and skill levels, I specialize in helping learners understand not just how to play the talking drum, but how to "speak" through it—just as it has been used traditionally to communicate, celebrate, and inspire.

Excellent! Mr Abayomi so far has been a good teacher, he started out with teaching me the basic fundamentals and after a few classes of theory we moved on to practicals, I am still adjusting to practical classes and hope to make more progress with his assistance, he is easy going and makes lessons interesting and engaging
