About Marcellus
I have been tutoring for years at this point and take real pride in trying to make math understandable. I have never been a person to just rush through things. I try to take my time and make sure to explain the thoughts and processes with each step or function because I think that is important and is lost in the current teaching of mathematics.

I have been tutoring since I was getting my undergraduate degree back in 2017. My tutoring philosophy revolves around making sure the material is understood rather than regurgitated because that isn't truly helpful for performance and growth on one's own. I see tutoring as translating the concept into a form that the learner can understand so I try to keep many different tools for how to get to that place of things clicking.
