About Ingrid
During my Bachelor's in Mathematics, I struggled a lot. The content was very complex and the pace was demanding, however by putting in a great deal of effort, finding people to help and asking many "silly" questions, I got there! Not only did I complete my degree with a great grade but I also grew to appreciate how beautiful maths is - so clean, precise and true! I am convinced that with taking the approach I did in my degree, anyone can do it!
I am here to help, assist and explain to anyone who needs help with this subject that I know to be a very complex and difficult challenge. Together we can do it!

From experience (and having struggled a lot) with maths, I know that the best way to understand, learn and absorb concepts is through "doing". It is not enough to simply study the material or memorise the processes, you need to do the exercises and put the theory into practice!
For this reason my lessons are split into 3 sections:
First an overview of the topic being covered, explained using examples; then working together through some related exercises; and finally with a recap of what has been covered.
I am available to teach any age and level maths up till and including Bachelor level maths and the length of the lesson is negotiable but no shorter than 1 hour long.
