About Ayesha
Hello parents and students,
Welcome to my profile! I’m a Mathematics tutor with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a strong academic background in Mathematics. I started teaching Maths while I was studying engineering, and since then, I have worked with students through personalized one-to-one lessons.
What I enjoy most about teaching Maths is seeing the moment when a difficult concept finally makes sense to a student. I believe Mathematics becomes much easier when you understand why a method works, rather than simply memorizing formulas. That’s why I try to explain topics in simple, logical steps and encourage students to ask questions without hesitation.
My lessons are friendly, patient, and adapted to each student’s learning pace. For students preparing for exams, I also focus on past papers, exam-style questions, problem-solving techniques, and common mistakes.

I always start with the basics and gradually move towards more advanced concepts, making sure the student understands each step before moving forward.
I use an interactive online whiteboard during lessons to explain concepts, solve problems, and practice questions together. After every lesson, I share the whiteboard notes with the student, so they can easily revise what we covered later.
My lessons are typically 50 minutes long and are personalized according to each student’s level, pace, and goals. I have over 5 years of experience teaching Mathematics, from primary and secondary levels to higher-level Maths. I have also helped university students with mathematical concepts related to their projects and assignments.
For exam students, I focus especially on concept building, exam-style questions, past papers, and problem-solving techniques to help them approach Maths with greater confidence.
