About Yasmine
"Teaching exists because adults often struggle to find clarity when starting from scratch. Complexity is frequently a self-imposed barrier rather than a fundamental constraint of the subject matter itself. My 6 years of experience working as a software engineer after graduating from a General Assembly bootcamp allows me to simplify these concepts.
My focus centers on arithmetic, number sense, mensuration, and mental math to build a strong foundation. Vedic math techniques and strategic problem-solving help students navigate competition math prep and calculus with ease. Helping high schoolers prepare for computer science degrees remains the ultimate goal for our future success."
