About Dean
Hi, my name is Dean and I’m an ex-military online PT. I am passionate about health and fitness and my goal is to help people get in shape and feel confident in themselves. I have a well-rounded knowledge of different training styles due to both my time in the Army, and my own experience in the gym. I can help with a variety of goals, from fat loss to muscle gain, and will strive to make the process as comfortable and enjoyable for you as possible, as well as achieving incredible results.
