About Abaan
I am a professional MMA fighter with an undefeated record of 3-0
I am a fitness enthusiast and have been in the fitness industry for more than 3 years now and have been to different gyms and know all about the structure professional gym follows
Sharing a personal story, as a kid, I was very fat and chubby and I was bullied a lot because of it, as I grew up I joined a gym when I was 14 years old and was in love with fitness from there on.
Now as a professional fighter I want to help people reach their goals especially when they can't afford to go to the gym or simply don't have the time for it.

In this class, we will be working 4 to 6 days a week (according to our client's preference)
Your fitness card (meaning your exercises and sets) will be structured and written according to your goal personally
As your personal fitness trainer, I am waiting for you to come and start your journey today! please don't care what is your age, we are here for you whether you are 10 years old or 60 years old!
