About Zach
Throughout my childhood, I aspired to be a Denver Broncos football player. My athleticism did not get me there! My career in Muscle Activation Techniques and Exercise Science got me in the Broncos training room to make sure the players are at their best every Sunday. It all worked out :) Movement is medicine. With my career in MAT, I am able to make sure the body and muscular system is operating the right way in order to exercise and build strength the right way. Without pain. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or expert, I can build a unique exercise plan that is exciting and enjoyable, all while exceeding the goals you aspire to reach.

Working for the Denver Broncos has given me an upper hand with credibility at the professional level of exercise, health and sport performance. Partnering with the Denver Broncos doctors and trainers each day has allowed me to incorporate a higher level of training and health to my clientele. Through my education in Exercise Science at NAU and the years of experience working for the Denver Broncos, I have built credibility into my exercise plans that are specific to each and every client I work with. Anatomy is another strong suit of mine, in which goes hand and hand with my career in Muscle Activation Techniques.
