About Linda
I’m Linda, a NASM-certified personal trainer and hybrid athlete. I offer 1-to-1 strength and functional training and performance training for fitness games and challenges.
I focus on proper technique, progressive programming, and personalized coaching to help clients build strength, improve movement, and achieve results safely. Sessions are suitable for adults of all fitness levels and last 60 minutes.

I offer 1-to-1 coaching tailored to your goals, whether you want strength & functional training or performance training for fitness games and challenges.
Strength & Functional Training (PT) focuses on building strength, improving movement, and overall conditioning—perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to get fitter, stronger, and healthier.
Performance Training is designed for clients preparing for fitness games(HYROX/REDLINES etc), competitions, or personal performance goals, helping improve endurance, strength, and overall athletic ability. Sessions are personalised to your experience level and goals.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and is suitable for adults of all fitness levels.
