About Heather
Since college, I have proudly served in the nonprofit sector. I enjoy working with people like myself, people with struggles with body image and anxiety. Fitness is the way I saved my own mind and body and I am very fortunate to be able to share my experience to create the best experience for everyone I work with. I focus on teaching attainable lifestyle changes to physical fitness and nutrition to help people fall in love with themselves and wellness again.
