About Adrien
I have always loved Math. I know it's weird especially if you don't understand how you can love math or what it's for in life. Whether it is to learn to create a logical reflection or understand a complex Excel table it helps me a little everyday today. I always had facilities because I always wanted to understand until the end the reasons for a result or a demonstration. Which means that I also understand how to explain it. Oddly my two little brothers are pretty average in math and I have always helped them understand as far back as I can remember. For my studies: I did a Bac S in engineering science and math, an ECS prep. I then did a master's degree in Marketing at the Montpellier business school. Today I work in Asia in Taipei. The downside is that I am quite flexible on schedules since everything is online. I am lucky to be able to visualize mathematical problems so I have no problem explaining clearly on the phone.

Generally I approach math lessons based on the lessons the student is taking. The goal is to help the student understand now so as not to be lost in everyday life. However often the present gaps come from past bases not fully acquired that is why I personalize the lesson progressively by inserting small reminders when I see that previous notions have not been fully mastered. I always try to take the time to re-explain as much as possible even if I have to start again on bases which are supposed to be acquired. The important thing is always that the simplest is understood to be able to access the most complex. The course: In general I start by asking the student to explain his course to me to see if everything is well understood and that I can explain to him what is not yet clear. If the lesson is really too much Then we do simple exercises for the example, then "standard" exercises to start reasoning with the new concepts. If the course was well understood I would not finish accompanying the student on more complex exercises. The goal is not given extra work to the student if he is in difficulty the homework to do at home is generally those already given by the teacher that we review together.
