    ¿Quién o qué te motivó a hacer lo que hacés y por qué?

    Mis padres me motivaron a realizar la vocación a la que me dedico hoy. Ellos corredores de toda la vida, atletas y deportistas me guiaron desde mis primeros pasos por este mundo maravilloso del cual no termino nunca de aprender.

    ¿Tenés algún personaje o persona que te inspiró a hacer lo que hacés? ¿Algún modelo a seguir? Contanos el porqué.

    Comencé trabajando a mis 17 años en un gimnasio como Instructora de Spinning, en el pueblito chiquito donde nací, y mi ejemplo a seguir era el dueño del gimnasio en el que trabajaba. Siempre con una sonrisa, siempre demostrando la parte positiva y divertida del entrenamiento, siempre ayudando y predispuesto para sus alumnos, ocupando y cuidando de ellos. El me ayudo a ver el entrenamiento desde una mirada diferente, me inspiró a enseñar como lo hago hoy.

    ¿Qué aporta tu profesión a la sociedad?

    La profesión a la que me dedico me permite ayudar a las personas a lograr sus metas y objetivos, a aprender a quererse, aceptarse y cuidar su cuerpo, sabiendo hasta cuando, sin apuros y generando consciencia corporal. Me pone muy contenta ver cómo mis alumnos empiezan a verle el lado lindo del deporte, como llegan con ganas a la clase, como se esmeran por lograr el objetivo pero siempre disfrutando de lo que hacen

    ¿Una anécdota para contarnos de tus años de estudio o alguna de tus clases?

    ¡Tengo varias! Jajaja. La primera es sobre un alumno que tengo hace unos meses. El quería bajar de peso y creía que matándose y exigiendo de más iba a lograrlo. Ya luego de varias clases de hablarlo cuando comprendió que era mejor trabajar bien, sin pasarnos de la raya para poder volver a entrenar al otro día, en vez de tener que estar en reposo por semanas, estaba tan sorprendido que no me lo olvido más! Hoy hace ejercicio 5 veces por semana disfrutandolo.
    Otra anécdota muy divertida que tengo es que yo suelo, para motivarlos, decirles a mis alumnos que sonrían, que disfruten sentir que sus músculos están trabajando, que sientan y se alegren del tiempo que se están dedicando para ellos mismos, y la mayoría comienza a reír a carcajadas en la clase cuando digo esto porque no es normal escucharlo de un entrenador, se tiene la noción de que hay que esforzarse y no tiene que gustarnos esforzarnos, cuando podemos verlo de una perspectiva muy diferente que nos sirva más!

    ¿Qué es lo que te hace ser un o una profe copad@?

    ¡Comprender a la otra persona! Preguntar siempre como esta, qué molestia tiene, adecuarme a sus necesidades! Sin importar lo que yo considero que sería mejor para la otra persona, sino lo que de verdad la otra persona me está comunicando que necesita!

    En mis ratos libres estudio. Estoy estudiando para ser Guardaparque y para ser Instructora de Yoga (actualmente sólo doy clases de Ashtanga yoga) así que siempre estoy aprendiendo cosas nuevas!
