About Michele
I am passionate about helping people find balance, peace, and focus on what truly matters to them. Yoga has been my practice for over a decade, and in recent years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students from all walks of life toward greater self-awareness and well-being. My approach is grounded in empathy, intuition, and a genuine desire to support others on their journey—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
With 500hrs + certifications complemented by enriching experiences like a month-long training in Peru and retreats in France and Brazil, I bring depth and authenticity to each session. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to guide you with care and professionalism. Let’s take this journey together!

My lessons blend techniques such as breath awareness, guided meditation, and yoga postures to foster relaxation, improve focus, and enhance self-awareness, creating a supportive and peaceful environment. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and are designed to leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and rejuvenated.
Hatha Yoga is a well-rounded practice that focuses on balancing the body and mind through physical postures, controlled breathing, and meditation. It is ideal for building strength, flexibility, and endurance while calming the nervous system. Hatha Yoga helps to improve posture, boost energy levels, and promote better circulation. The slower pace of Hatha allows you to develop greater body awareness and alignment, making it accessible for beginners while still offering depth for more experienced practitioners.
Yin Yoga, on the other hand, works deeply with the body’s ligaments, fascia, and connective tissues. Through long-held postures, Yin Yoga encourages the body to release tension in areas that are often neglected in more dynamic practices. It helps increase joint health, flexibility, and range of motion by targeting the deeper layers of tissue, promoting greater fluidity and mobility. Yin Yoga invites you to explore the art of surrender—learning to let go of both physical tension and mental distractions. It encourages deep relaxation and mindfulness, allowing you to truly be present with your body and breath, fostering emotional release and inner calm.
Additionally, I offer Chair Yoga sessions, which use a chair as a prop to guide you through postures while seated. This variation is particularly beneficial for those who may have limited mobility or prefer a gentler practice. We incorporate breath awareness and meditation techniques into the session, making it a great option for increasing focus, relaxation, and flexibility without needing to get down on the floor. Chair Yoga is accessible for all ages and abilities, offering a practical way to engage in a mindful practice while seated.
My sessions aim to help you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, all while creating a sense of inner peace and balance. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I am here to guide you through a journey of self-awareness, health, and well-being.
