I'm Dr.Niharika I'm a naturopathy and yoga medicine graduate, a yoga teacher,instructor
Yoga is not about physical fitness but also mental fitness
I have been teaching online yoga sessions for all age groups and people with specific medical conditions
I will teach all kinds of yoga, vinyasa flow yoga,pranayama techniques, meditation, chakras meditation, diet and nutrition plans
