About Ramon

Hello! I’m Teacher Ram, an experienced ESL teacher with 7 years of teaching experience and a TEFL certification. I have taught students from different backgrounds and age groups, from children to adults and from beginner to advanced levels.
My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment where students can confidently express themselves in English. I am patient, adaptable, and attentive to each student’s individual needs and learning pace.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is patient, practical, and student-centered. I believe students learn English best when they feel comfortable speaking and are not afraid of making mistakes. I focus on building rapport and confidence first, then gradually helping students improve their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and listening skills.

In a typical lesson, I begin with a short conversation or review to understand the student's current level and warm up. We then work through the lesson topic using simple explanations, examples, guided questions, and practice activities. I also use real-life situations and conversations to help students apply what they learn naturally. At the end of the lesson, I review the key points and give specific suggestions for further practice.

What sets me apart is my ability to adapt my teaching style to each student's needs, personality, and learning pace. If a textbook topic feels difficult or uninteresting, I use relatable real-life examples, storytelling, descriptive activities, and conversations to make the lesson more engaging. My goal is not only to teach English but also to help students become comfortable and confident communicators.
