About Paula
I have been teaching in the fitness industry for two years, I would teach a group of students 10 - 12 in a class. Also I would teach in my one to one Personal Trainer sessions.
Students have passed their certificates Level 3 in Personal Training . Also in my one to one sessions client have reached their goals and been delighted with the results they have achieved with my professional learning approach.
