My training methods vary person to person, I believe everyone is different, they have different routines, works, cultures, budget, lifestyle, environment, then why should they follow the same workout and training plan that's why create personalized diet plans for every client of mine. i have strict plans for those who can follow and want immediate results, Also i have some easy to do plans with some "realistic" diet plans which i personalize as per the routine, lifestyle and budget of the client.
Workout plans are available for commercial gyms, Home gyms (limited resources) and no gyms (home workouts)
