About Paulo
I prefer exercises that optimize the student's time with the benefits he deems necessary. This will start the starting point of my classes and is weighted based on the perception of the student's goal with what he thinks he needs and after a reassessment of what he really needs. Thus, in my classes we will seek an optimal intensity of exercise without forgetting the volume for practitioners of running, cycling and swimming.

I am a bachelor (Federal University of Lavras) and a graduate (Escola Superior de Cruzeiro) in Physical Education. In addition, postgraduate degree in Exercise Physiology Applied to Clinic (UNIFESP) and Master in Physical Activity Sciences (USP). I have been working with sports since 2009 (emphasis on judo, running, athletics, football and cycling) and Personal Trainer since 2013 when I graduated. My first job was at a sports school in Angola in Africa. Since 2018 I have been teaching Physical Education students at the Estácio de Sá University.
