I have a philosophy, you have to feel good mentally before you feel good physically and vice versa. These two go hand in hand.
I do not only work with food and exercise. But goes much deeper. We humans are complex and there is always an answer to why you have ended up where you are, or feel like you do.
I have worked with everything from simple jobs like weight loss to more complicated tasks like diet and exercise with clients with various heart complications, type 1 and 2 diabetes, eating disorders and much more.
I teach you to understand your body, the signals it sends out and how to get exercise, diet and control your own body and not the other way around.
