I hold a degree in Physical Education in Brazil and I am currently studying Physiotherapy. With over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry and injury prevention, I have worked with many clients who needed clear and professional guidance. Over time, I realized that international clients often struggle to find trainers who can provide comfort and clarity in English. That inspired me to specialize in this niche, offering coaching and support 100% in English for expats, travelers, and clients worldwide.
