About Laeticia
I am a young Swiss girl about to start a bachelor's degree in teaching. Since I was little, I have been passionate about sport. I like being able to train people to be the best version of themselves.
When I was 16, I moved to Australia with my family to live there for 6 years. While living there, I had the opportunity to improve my English, but also to obtain a certificate as a Personal Trainer.
I worked for several years in different fitness to give private and group lessons.

Personally, I need motivation to train, it's not always easy ... so I understand where you are ... you can count on me to motivate you! In addition to motivation, I think it is essential to highlight the potential of each individual when it comes to (re) getting in shape, hence the encouragement. On top of that, I think a good environment can help achieve your goals - and I want to give you that opportunity. No matter where you are in your level, I would like to help you to surpass yourself ...

Each class is different and personal according to the need. My main goal is that you can leave the course feeling better and being encouraged by your progress.

Whether you are a child, a teenager or an adult - I adapt. These courses are there for all people who want to take care of their health. If it's a personal challenge: well done and we'll have fun through our training and if it's to achieve a specific goal; so we give everything!
