About Marua

it's been two years that I teach bodybuilding, fitness and stretching this one is really important before and after training . Everyone that I have taught is satisfied with our training together as he has found the motivation to keep going when it seems really impossible to do so.

About the lesson

My Name Maroua, Coach Sportif and staff, Allow to share with you my personal experiences and Sports in the field of bodybuilding and fitness . I give collectif and Individual lessons, from 15 years to 40 years. I accompany you in every step of processing; So off course availability via phone or other . For my Methods I'm a fan of breaking the routine, so every two weeks, new programs and new exercises. Ae and the diet? do not worry especially not with me Feel the pleasures without worrying , Healthy and delicious recipes always Present on your dishes. What are you waiting for ? Excellent! Bonjour,

Je me permets de laisser mon avis suite à mon training et coaching avec Marwa durant l'année 2016/2017. Marwa est à la fois pédagogue, douce, professionnelle et très encourageante. Lors des entrainements, elle m'a transmis son amour pour le fitness et son savoir faire notamment pour les postures, et la nutrition. Elle a pris le temps durant chaque séance à m'expliquer et à m'aider à m'améliorer. Grâce à elle, et son programme personnalisé, j'ai réussi à atteindre mes objectifs ....

J'ai passé une excellente année sportive à ses côté et je la recommande très très fortement !!!

Sarah est une élève très motivée et passionée pour le sport, fait très attention à mes commentaires et conseils, elle a réussi à atteindre ses objectifes grace à sa volonté et motivation de changer son style de vie. j'ai assité à ce changement lors de chaque séance et je suis très satisfaite. A la fois une amie et une cliente j'ai passé une année parfaite à l'entrainner.

Elle parle quatre langues et sait donc à quoi vous pensez et quelles sont les racines de vos peurs, de vos erreurs et des raisons pour lesquelles vous vous retenez. Marua est une tres bonne coach qui a un programme sportif et alimentaire qui peut vous aider vraiment a s'ameliorer dans une periode tres courte et vous serez aussi capable a continuer les entrainements meme si vous etes loin d'elle grace a sa facon de motiver les gens... je recommande !!!

The average price of a course hour is 20 euros, 20 euros for 1h 30 also. If you take the pack 5 hours or 10 hours, the price is respectively 15% and - 25% if you opt for the pack group lessons (two to four) the price is 14 euros. (Negotiable, if there's movement, or other difficulties)
