Having work in several different areas of the fitness industry over 20 years in 3 continents experience with knowledge is what I offer. from personal training to self defence/krau magr military. Boxing etc etc . With the last 5 years incorporating brain stimulation therapies. Detoxs cellular cleanses. Red light therapies. Gaps diet . My approach is more then just cosmetic diveing to ur biochemistry to have u firing on all cylinders.
